The error does come up within a few seconds. If this isnt fixed soon I am definitely moving all of my accounts away from them. Outlook realizes the email never makes it to the destination server and it generates the following error code. After 2 weeks of emails failing, I dropped Go Daddy, switched to SocketLabs and haven't had an issue since.

The email notice would appear right away also if it did come from Norton, not 10 minutes later. They fixed it once for me and they can fix it again. So the answer is the ISP. Here in FLA we are upgrading ATT to UVERSE crap...

or not.. Solved. There is not rhyme or reason to the bounce-backs, sometimes its from an email chain that has gone back and forth for 4 or 5 emails then bounce. Try these resources.
