Earlier versions of NMAS have some weird bugs so unless you have a very compelling reason to do otherwise I'd recommend applying Security Services 2.0.3. We started to have issues with password changing. Duplicate password means something like you're trying to set a password that is already in eDirectory's password history which you have configured to prevent this type of thing.
